About Olisian
Olisian is a national legal platform and management services organization — built to give accomplished attorneys the operational foundation they need to grow without giving up independence.
What we're building
Traditional law firms are optimized for the institution — not for the attorney. Origination credit is contested. Compensation is political. Overhead is opaque. Autonomy is conditional.
Olisian was built from the ground up to invert that model. We are a management services organization — we handle the operations, the billing, the technology, and the marketing. The attorneys keep the clients, the autonomy, and a significantly higher share of what they generate.
The result is a national platform of specialized firms that look and feel independent to clients — and operate with the efficiency and leverage of an enterprise.

Founder & Managing Partner
Chase Neely is the founder of Olisian and the architect of its multi-brand legal platform. With deep roots in federal practice across IP, entertainment, and corporate law, Chase built Olisian to solve a problem he observed across the industry: the structural mismatch between how law firms compensate talent and how that talent actually generates value.

The name
The name Olisian comes from an internal framing the team developed when thinking about how the platform's firms relate to each other — as a galaxy, with each firm operating as its own solar system orbiting a shared center.
The name also contains a hidden phrase — AI Lions — reflecting the platform's commitment to AI-integrated operations as a core competency, not a feature.
The logo reflects the same thinking: a ring and orbit — a planet with a Saturn-like wrap — representing the central platform and the firms that orbit it.
